Yea, same here scrap recycles to nothing, but if I remove the mining drone mod (which I don't want to cuz I love it), then scrap recycling works again.
I also have enemy race mod for all planets mods and its now looking for mining depot, but it doesn't exist anymore so its crashing my game every 15min to 2 hrs.
