Adds mining drones and mining depots

New Ores and resources as well as machines.
drones cannot mine some patches near water
can you provide a save game with the problem?
i will as soon as reproduced again... looks like miner try to stand on 3/4 corner, but cant and run <-> around (water, ore) (miner, land)
This still happens. I have 3 miners trying to mine near water, but are stuck going up and down.

I've been able to use some landfill on the water as a workaround
