What is the maximum capacity of a depot supposed to be? There are 2 "output" stacks, but only one ever seems to get populated. That stack appears to max out at 5k resources. Is that the way it is supposed to work? If so that's fine; it just looks like I should be able to mine double the resources before it stops because of the second output stack and I was curious.

On a related note, is there a way to keep all the drones mining till capacity is reached? From what I've read, it is by design, but I would prefer to have all my drones working and maintain the mining rate till capacity is reached rather than have them slow down as the amount of stored resources increases.
