Adds mining drones and mining depots

Can you add optional power drain to the depot? This mod is great but i think the lack of power drain is making a game much easier

The mod is awesome especillay when there is a mine under your main hub :D But they should drain at least as much power as miners with the same output, so there is a consideration to be made for every resource field.
