A mod that adds new Tools to enhance mining in mid- and lategame.

Features:

• 3 new technologies
• 2 new mining drills with higher range, greater throughput and custom coloring
• 3 new drills to accelerate hand-mining. The last one can insta-destroy most objects and is also useful for clearing out left-over ore patches, but first you need to acquire some uranium ;)
• a second tier of the repair kit which is 5x as fast and lasts much longer than a normal one

I tried to balance it as best as possible, but suggestions are still appreciated, since I wasn't yet able to playtest this mod in an actual game.
Graphical improvements would also be greatly appreciated, and be it only a link to a better, modifiable drill graphic!
