New / fixed 0.9.7:

• Angel's infinite ores are now supported
• Add support for mining every resource in the selection (useful for mixed patches)
• The mod now uses the players surface to place items on instead of the nauvis surface. This should fix some of the reported multiplayer issues.
• Add more mining layouts: default, interleaved (belts and poles rolled into a single row) and chests. You can pick a chest type.
• Item placement is now optional. Pick the red square when picking an item type to not place that item type
