Does not seem to work with Squeak Through 2. Has the following error

yeah, Squeak Through 2 probably makes the collision box smaller, and the pipes get out of the bounding box.

I'll try to fix this. but Squeak Through should check before changing the size of a bounding box.

I don't remember exactly, I think I changed a bit the collision box if Squeak Through is installed.

yea, i fixed here, now the pipe conections must be 1 unit inside prototypes, in the past was outside. I hope mod owners may find this for fixing their stuff
