As title says. Large beacons in nullius have a larger radius, and max rate calc will show a building as receiving a bonus from a large beacon if it's RIGHT on the edge (but not inside) of the large beacon, so one tile away from being in the radius of the beacon. Two tiles away and it (correctly) shows as not receiving the bonus. But when it's right on the edge, it shows as receiving the bonus even though it's not.
