Calculates maximum consumption/prodution rates of assemblers, plants, etc.

Thanks - but i'm not sure what I'm supposed to put there. Do you know of an example I can look at? Does it change if you reassign the hot-key?

I think you put the internal name of the hotkey and it should show whatever the user has assigned to it (or default if not rebound by user).
