You could try saving the game and restarting, or save the game, disable the mod, load and save the game, then re-enable the mod.
I can’t reproduce it. Could you have moved the window almost off the screen, so just one edge is showing?
Nothing change. I don't have it from the first game with this mode. (default hotkey is ctrl-n) this work normal.
Same issue here. I tried what you proposed it doesnt help. Crtl-N shows the tool but no GUI. I´m using the mod the first time.
try running the command /marc debug, use the tool and let me know what it prints. /marc nodebug turns that off.

Could you check 'Hide mod GUI's '' in the F4 debug menu and see if it's set?
