Launch a M.I.R.V into orbit, then call it down for mass destruction
Mods introducing new content into the game.
New ways to deal with enemies, be it attack or defense.
I can't seem to construct a M.I.R.V. to put into a rocket silo.
Nobody else has reported this issue, I believe it is something you are doing wrong
