If you think "THE MOD VOLUME SUCKS!!!"

Go to C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Roaming\Factorio\mods

Unzip the mod first:

LouderLabDansen_0.0.3\prototypes\sound.lua

Edit sound.lua volume to something like 1.0 or whatever your preference is. Higher number is louder.

Rezip the folder and you're good to go.
