It seems like whatever is intended to trigger the science spawn is missing: I get no drops in 0.18.26 from this mod.
Ah, turns out the root cause is "Rampant", which creates a bunch of different types of bugs. This only updates the vanilla set, so it doesn't work as expected for the newly created ones.
