I've run into this a few times, the delivery drones can be destroyed by fire, and when destroyed, opening the delivery chest they were headed to causes an exception in 'on_gui_opened', 'given entity doesn't exist anymore'. Usually fixed by just cut/paste-ing the delivery chest.
