Do you use other mods that modify existing prototypes? (mine modifies the Long-handed inserter so it's upgrade with the upgrade planner is my inserter)
From what I can see it's an issue with factoriopedia and I can't really do much about it other than disable that functionality if that mod is enabled.

I added a quick fix so it doesn't crash if your mod is enabled. You won't have access to the upgrade planner feature though.
