Updated to work with Ultimate Belts. Based on the Loader Redux mod by Optera. Adds Loaders. Rewritten add-loader with new loader snapping logic and graphics from Arch666Angel and Kirazy.

This is for existing saves and for new maps, it just won't work.
Once i've removed the mod it all works again.
