Added new setting about electric pole weight:
- Standard weight: the weight of lighted electric poles will be equivalent to their basic counterparts (20kg).
- Realistic weight: small lamp (20kg) + pole (20kg) = 40kg

This is not my mod and I think I didn't test it enough, so if you find any errors/bugs, notify my immediatly, I will try to fix them.
