Lazy on every planet

This mod changes almost all recipes in Space Age to require an assembling machine for Lazy Bastard lovers.

A Factorio modification that changes recipes to require an assembling machine but it tries to not interfere with the early game too much.

Modified from Noxy's mod.

Design principle:
- Remain item craftable when the game starts untouched.
- Compatible with Cargo-Drops-Require-Research that assures fresh start possible for every planet.

Also integrated mod Declutter Crafting that hides unavailable recipes from inventory screen.
