What's the rationale behind requiring Advanced Electronics to unlock the technology? None of the actual combinators requires the actual Advanced Circuits?

I am currently doing a PyBlock playthrough where it takes a looooot of time to get to the next tier of science packs, so at the moment I wouldn't be able to use the LTN Content Readers (which are extremely useful BTW!) until very late

I vaguely recall they used to require adv. circuits, but I changed it so bob users can get them earlier.
Fixed in next release.
