Krastorio2 1.0.4 fixes this. Deprecated.

Krastorio 2 have an exploit of creating oil products from water through coal liquefaction and coal filtration loop.
This mod nerfs coal filtration to break the loop.
Unfortunately developers of Krastorio 2 don't accept balance fixes anymore so I have to write my own.
