Parameter 'enabled =' and its value 'true' or 'false' in the recipe should be without quotation marks, then the mod loads further example (enabled = true), but gives the following error: Error while loading fluid prototype “diesel-fuel” (fluid): Unknown energy magnitude character: K in property tree at ROOT.fluid.diesel-fuel.heat_capacity

I tried to run the mod, but it needs to be completely rewritten. My knowledge of lua scripting is almost zero. Apparently the game has made a lot of changes in the game code.
