There's some confusion as to what the license is for this mod. The portal says it's GPLv3 but in the files it includes a CC BY-SA 4.0 license.
Would you be able to clarify which license (or perhaps both?) apply to the mod?
Note that if the mod is GPLv3 that disallows static linking (modpacks) without licensing the derivative work as GPLv3. Not everything can be relicensed as GPLv3 (e.g. Bob's) so that prevents some modpacks from being able to use this (e.g. Sea Block). I imagine that's not your intention, so you could consider LGPLv3 (Lesser GPL) which does allow linking (mod packs) but retains all the rest of the protections (such as not allowing relicensing if someone modifies KS_Power itself)
