Could do with your own junk stops adding back, as another mod I have seems to be putting green science back on regular stops, so I can't automate my junk train until I have proper trains...so kinda pointless.

The research "Automated Rail Transportation" is unlocked after "Junk Trains" and "Optics" is researched. So as long as you get that you're golden.
