i Primary/secondary turbines

Hello,

first of all, good mod. Simple, straight to the point, makes the factory life simpler especially with other mods.

I would like to suggest to add primary output versions of the turbines to allow the user to prioritize energy sources when using the turbines provided in your mod.
I have modified the mod myself for this purpose and can provide you with the modifications if you would like (I just copied the entity and item code in the .luas and modified from secondary to primary, added recipes to switch to/from primary and secondary versions, and added a couple lines in the locale .cfg, took me a grand total of 5 minutes in all).
