Yesterday i did a quick test game of this mod (which has a lot of potential) and deleted the mods folder afterwards as i always do. Today I was about to continue another mod i play and suddenly the game crashed on me whenever i clicked the load game button. After some research involving disabling all mods (no solution), starting a new game (worked), reinstalling the mod (new game worked fine, loading a game still crashed the game) i found out that even after uninstalling the mod i had to delete my autosave files since one of them still had data from this mod. After all this the game works fine again. I hope with this information you might be able to reproduce this error and figure out why it is happening.

Thanks for the report.
I understand that you started a new game (not any of my scenarios) but with my mod activated and then you still got the problem when loading the savegame. If this is hapenning, it means that my mod is pertubating others normal scripts of the game. That seems impossible to my opinion due to the separation between normal scripts and mod scripts.

It didn't matter if your mod was installed or not, as soon as i hit "Load savegame" the game crashed. Only a new game was able to be played. And the only solution was to delete all the saves that were made during the game I played a scenario from your mod.

Maybe you saved with a name beginning by "a" and so the savegame was at the first place of the list of savegames. And then when open the "load game" screen, the first savegame is previewed but as you deleted the campaign, there is an error.

I know if i tried to preview a savegame from factorio 0.16 containing an old campaign that has been deleted, there is an error. This is not happening with mod that is not a campaign.

Anybody else have got this problem ?
