All items hasn't pictures, just small gray windows.
Tested, and no gray images, what are your graphic settings?

Im fix this problem. Im just delete and reinstall this mod. Maybe this problem makes because Im install this mod before some mods and pictures crashed. Reinstall mod, maybe it can help you. Sorry for my english, Im from Russia.
