Island Locked


Improve upon kapaer's 'Islands World' mod. Removes landfill (to force island-hopping) and adds Dark Matter Replicators enabled to ore tier to smooth out the lack of resources (the challenge should be a lack of land anyhow). Goal on initial island is to get to trains to make more land available.

    - Add option to change replication researches to vanilla science packs from tenemut-based research.
      This also removes the (need for) (and actual) replication labs.  Option is disabled by default
      to preserve historical DMR-based research behavior.  I prefer it enabled, but...your milage may vary.
    - Add option to juggle replicator required build ingredients so that initial replicator does not
      require tenemut.  Successive tiers of replicators still require tenemut (and derivates) to create.
      Useful if one wishes to add this mod/DMR to a game after it has started without having to force
      resource regeneration in chunks.  Option is enabled by default.

    - Disable landfill from Angel's Refining (washing).  I had it disabled before, but then I removed the code for that because I changed how landfill was getting disabled and thought I didn't need it, but I did.
    - Disable Dectorio waterfill by default, there should be enough water on the edges of the islands. Without landfill, placing waterfill can't be undone. Non-ideal.
    - Disable the 'resin' replication for Bob's.  Resin can be made out of wood or other stuff, so resin isn't a 'raw' ore.
    - Disable a few of the more out of control Darkstar Utilities (Terra Tech, Jackhammers), configurable at startup to re-enable these OP things.

    - Remove Pyanodon's ore-tier replications, I can't spare the brainpower to figure out appropriate ore replication unlock tech pre-requisites in this completely alien and ridiculous mod...what IS this mod?  Plus...I'm not sure I want to support the kind of masochist that wants to do a Pyanodon's run on a land-limited map.
