Adds three keyboard shortcuts to save a couple of clicks. The shortcuts can be changed in the config.

Shift+b: Creates a new blueprint and puts it in your hand
Ctrl+b: Same thing, except for the deconstruction tool.
c: Press when holding an item in your hand and it'll delete it.
