Yes,most of code is simplified version of this(https://mods.factorio.com/mod/MinerInserter)
but it seems no longer updated,and I want every inserter has such functionality,so I just done so.and this version seems not supporting rotating.
(you can try bobs inserter,although it won`t start mining if you just change setting,but if you rotate it,it should function properly)

if I lower the spawn rate,it might be too slow for some high speed inserter acting slow,
and you probably will not want to do it by hand,this is automation game I mean...
