There's nothing in the box

I have the same problem too. Nothing respawns inside the container.

Do you have a lab built?? It gets the list of packs from the lab, so you may need to build a lab before it will generate packs.

Let me know and i'll look further when I get up in the morning.

I started a new game and it is the same. There isn't anything in the container unfortunately

Yeah, just spent some time fixing it. Patch is up now. Still needs a lab to be built but doesn't matter what order you build them.

I had overlooked the possibility of someone making a container before placing any labs down. It also highlighted an issue that would have occurred if all labs got removed too.
