i Update info.json to 2.0 for use with the IR3 Patchset

(updated a month ago)

Rumours of IR3's demise have been greatly exaggerated. Could you update the "factorio_version" inside info.json to be 2.0, so I can point users to this mod? Users on 1.1 can still download the previous versions.

Most of the current translations work fine, but there are some additional translations in the Patchset which I will detail below:

  • Everything in the Patchset's locale/en/port.cfg file, notably the rocket-control-unit which is now removed from the "base" mod.
  • settings.cfg: Added "ir-ghost-tint-default" (the word Default with a dot icon)
  • entities.cfg valve, no longer mentions being connectable to the circuit network.

Some internal names need to be changed to comply with 2.0.

  • documentation.cfg: paragraph_ir_modules_2, img=item/effectivity-module-3 -> img=item/efficiency-module-3
  • technology.cfg: energy-weapons-damage -> laser-weapons-damage
  • technology.cfg: fusion-reactor-equipment -> fission-reactor-equipment
  • items-fluids-recipes.cfg: fusion-reactor-equipment -> fission-reactor-equipment
  • technology.cfg: inserter-capacity-bonus, "Stack inserter throughput" is now "Bulk inserter throughput" in English

Hi.
I have updated the info.json and some string names to be compatible with Factorio 2.0 and IR3 Patchset.
You can download and test new version 3.2.0.

Thanks very much, I can confirm that the Language Pack does indeed load and work with Factorio 2.0. Unfortunately, my Universal Translator is on the fritz (and not everything is translated, but that's to be expected).

You seem to be aware of this already, but I'll mention that some users will still prefer to run IR3 in 1.1, or are sceptical of the Patchset for other reasons, so it's good that you are keeping your 1.1 build up to date.
