Adjusts the recipes and look of loaders from Miniloader to work better with Industrial Revolution.

Changes:

• Recipes are more in-line with Industrial Revolution. Higher tiers have their own ingredients, and do not need the lower tiers as an ingredient. Sensors are used to convert miniloaders to filtered miniloaders.
• Icons and colors mostly match the look of inserters in Industrial Revolution 2.
• Sort order of recipes is adjusted to keep the tiers together.
