Compatibility mod for Industrial Revolution 2 and Hovercrafts (and Larger Lamps)

Adds the battery fuel category to the base hovercrafts if both IR2 and Hovercrafts are installed.

Fixes a compatibility issue between Hovercrafts and Larger Lamps by also adding the train-layer collision mask to Large lamp.
