increased rates +full bobs and angels = crafting time reduction between oil refinery 1 and 2. (upgrading machine to mk 2 slows machine down)
oil refinery mk1 has a crafting speed of 5
oil refinery mk2 has a crafting speed of 1.75

not sure if this is caused becasue Increased rates only changes the vanilla refinery or if something else is reversing the changes IR makes. assuming the first, but i could be wrong

This may also appear with just bobs installed, haven't tried that.

modification info for Oil Refinery Mk2 looks something like: Bob's assembly -> angel's petrochem -> bob's assembly -> angel's refining -> (once again) angel's petro -> endgame combat -> increased rates -> squeak through -> angel petro -> bob's assembly -> angel petro -> wormmus config -> noxy's stack multiplier.

so it looks to me that IR does make a change (or at least modifies Oil refinery 2, but that change is later undone by bob's assembly or angel's petro?
