after the car exploded, I was catapulted out of it, and I didn’t die, after that I can’t network into any transport, character death does not help reset this bug. Enter just doesn't work. It only helped to roll back before the car exploded. If it happens again, I'll write again.

Ran into the same problem. User in Discord group for Space Exploration helped me figure it out. If it's the same problem, here's what I did. Bring up the log/command line ("~" on my version) and type "/permissions" (no quotes). This brings up a UI. You can then see a "driving lock" permission. Click on your username in the Players in group column, then the delete button.
