So either version, base or MK2...I can enter/exit the vehicle. However, it will not respond to directional keys BUT if you for instance using WSAD, are intending to go north/up, press that button then exit, the car flies away perfectly well for one to chase down and catch. Advice?

Hello, I was not able to reproduce the issue with either of the cars. I assume it is in confliction with another mod you are using. What other mods are you using when this issue happens, and are there any specific ones that you think would modify Factorio's base car?
