Makes many small tweaks to AngelBob's to make the experience more coherent, as well as reorganize items completely.

After turning on "Easier lead III smelting" only half the recipe gets changed. The new way to produce the lead annodes exists but you can use lead annodes in any other recipe making them useless. https://imgur.com/a/tytW4fx
This seems to be yet another bad interaction with Omnipermute. I'll see what I can do about it.
EDIT: It is actually Omnimatter, but I have no idea why Omnimatter does this. It will be fixed very soon.
