Adds optional extra steps to ore processing that increases yield.

New Ores and resources as well as machines.
Suggestion: add uranium refining along with recipes to turn 1 refined uranium into 1 of either uranium isotope.
Uranium already lasts an extremely long time, and vanilla mechanics let you easily get whichever isotope you want.
How about disabling those mechanics then?
Another mod could both disable those mechanics and add the processing chain to mine, it's a simple function call if my mod is added as a dependency.
It's not something I want being in the base version of my mod.
