Pollution will cause sea level rise and desertification. Be careful that your factory does not destroy the entire planet.

If you need the world save and modpack to recreate error, I can supply that.

Probably a bug related to trying to keep the list of candidates relatively small. I put in a patch but I'll have to look into why the table is empty.
