This mod replaces your character with a female version of the engineer, Gear Girl!

I know how to create mods a little bit. Please tell me what needs to be done to fix this incompatibility?
I think this is the same issue: You have another mod that changes a property of data.raw.character.character (in your case, the collision_box) and the change never makes it to -- or is overwritten by -- Gear Girl.
