Trying to add a ghost item to any inventory crashes the game - most recent change log mentions it fixes a similar issue in remote view, but this is replicable outside of remote view.
Quickest steps to reproduce I found:
1. Make new save
2. Open the spaceship remains
3. Use the picker ("q" by default) to select the pistol you have in your weapons slots
4. Place that ghost pistol in a slot in the spaceship
Tested both with Space Age, and in just base, with Ghost Warnings 1.3.1
