Mod meant only for use in YAFC! (It does not load anything in-game!)
It gives a "Generic Fuel" fluid with fuel value 1MJ, and can be made in a (fake) building from no ingredients but requires 1MJ of fluid fuel to power the building.
This makes it easier to balance the various fluids in YAFC by having one place to convert all excess fluids into this, then all buildings using liquid fuel can use this instead.
