b GUI Unifier's frame remains after uninstall

Using Helmod and YARM with GUI Unifier is fine, but when I uninstall GUI Unifier, its frame remains even in new games in addition to existing saves.

I can't get the mechanism how an uninstall mod can affect newly started game:)

I uninstalled the base game and removed all locally generated files under AppData\Roaming\Factorio then reinstalled it from Steam.
I started a new freeplay and the frame did not appear.
I then installed helmod and unchecked its own button then the empty frame appeared again without installing GUI Unifyer.

Now the culprit is not GUI Unifyer but helmod.

I think this is maybe a vanilla bug. this also happens with Factory Planer as well. this bug occurred when I didn't even know GUI Unifyer existed
