i [MAYBE LATER] Reverting Landfill Everything Only Show when BP Selected

Would it be possible to revert the Landfill Everything button to always show as it was in versions pre 1.8.0.? I find it confusing that the button isn't always showing and it makes me think the mod is not loaded.

I am curious why this change was made to only Landfill Everything when there are a lot of other mod buttons that always show even when they are not in use.

I appreciate you making GUI Unifyer. The default mod button clutter in vanilla Factorio was very annoying. It is wonderful that all the mod buttons are now cleaned up into a unified display.

I was actually following the way some other mods do it, like:

https://mods.factorio.com/mod/blueprint-request

I could develop an option. My goal is to make the bar less cluttered in the end.
