3 features now. Firstly, it makes the landfill & circuit network techs only require the red science packs. Secondly, it puts the electric furnace in the first logistics research. In addition, it now changes the recipe for the electric furnace to require the green circuits instead of the red ones. Also includes an option to move the first belt sorter from the belt sorter mod to the logistics tech. Now with config options for everything already included in the mod. Feel free to let me know if something breaks, or if you have some code optimizations I could enjoy. (The 0.16 update was uploaded without checking if it works because my mod doesn't do enough that I think there could be issues.)
