Installed mod mid Krastorio 2 playthrough. I had already researched train stops, and synced mod with my save profile. There is no option to craft automatic fuel stops, nor does it show up as a result of past research.
My existing set up had every train had a stop for refuelling in the schedule, and once I tried to set the "Global Refuel station name" to be the name of my refuel station, that stop was removed from every schedule from my dozens of trains and I have to manually go through them all and add it back to each of them :))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
EDIT: No option to craft stop, but trains seem to automatically add a temporary stop when low on fuel that takes them to the right REFUEL station. Panic over.
