Updated mods are causing a crash, looks like Angels Bio Processing Alpha causing the conflict with Frozen World:

I can load all the mods fine without Frozen World.

I encountered this quite some time ago when I messed around with Frozen World. The issue is with how the author imitated Seablock's "tutorial" sequence. They simply copied the code that was used before Science Cost Tweaker introduced the technologies to unlock the sciences. (Seablock was forced to be edited when SCT made this change, but Trainwreck actually made the change quite promptly.) It is possible to simply comment out all the code that sets up this tutorial and avoid the cycle. Let me know if you want me to go into detail on how to do this.

Would be better if the mod author would just fix the mod, but your help would be appreciated, the idea of the mod sounds like fun.
