There appears to be a conflict between this mod and Cargo Ships (https://mods.factorio.com/mod/cargo-ships).

Apparently, the mod developer doesn't respond at all, even though this post is so old. :(

I got around to fixing this. Currently there's no means to deliver slurry to oil rigs, so deep oil remains infinite.
