Mods introducing new content into the game.
I tried loading this mod with nothing else and get an error about electromagnetic-radar data not found.
I even tried going back to the 2.0.28 version and it still errors.

You've included version numbers in the includes for data.lua but there aren't actually any version numbers in the folders structure of the mod.
Even after fixing that Plantorio and Horizontal Platforms have their own errors.
The correct version has been uploaded.
