It would be very usefull to tell the users how this is used.

I loaded your mod but i dont see any difference in the UI, where to start it or...?

have you read the description? because it does tell what the buttons do.

Top buttons:
Save blueprints from toolbar/cursor
Save blueprint books from cursor
Import blueprint/books from text
Fix positions in blueprints
Export all stored blueprints/books (E button)
Load multiple blueprints/books (L button)
Per blueprint/book buttons
Delete stored blueprints
Load blueprint to toolbar or to cursor (if clicked with a blueprint)
Export blueprint to file
Rename blueprints
Imports/Exports Blueprint Strings (Thanks Dave!)

Once you have researched Automated Construction there will be a button at the top, looking like this:
(Except that the background is grey)
From there on the buttons have tooltips.
Old instructions (mostly still valid, though buttons look different): http://www.factorioforums.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=86&t=6516#p50822

This mod is not working for me. When I click on Export all blueprints and books into a single file, nothing happens.

Have you added the blueprints/books to Foreman with the + buttons? It doesn't export the blueprints directly from your inventory
